Where is this place? Sounds like just what this city needs. Just please, please not on the east side.
Figured out where this is. It's just north of the Commerce bank on the eastern access road.
Used to be Mehfil, and before that I think it was Cafe Mexico.
Sign outside says "open at 4pm", and claims to have best drink specials in town.
